I’m Daniel Bermeo, a NYC personal trainer focused on helping people improve their body composition through smarter training, better execution, and sustainable habits.
I was born in Cali, Colombia and raised in New York City. After 8+ years in the fitness industry, I’m building DFB Coaching while serving as Personal Training Manager at GYM NYC.
My coaching philosophy is direct: understand the body, choose better exercises, use progressive overload, and train with intent. No random workouts. No short-term fixes. Just consistent work that moves you forward.
